Over the years, I've worked with students of various abilities, ethnicities, and diverse backgrounds in both public and private educational institutions. I found that one of the challenges that most students have difficulties of learning mathematics is the fear of mathematical symbols, formulas, and apply into real-world applications problems. I am familiar with the importance of effective teaching strategies to help students gain a strong understanding by utilizing different learning aids and strategies of solving mathematical application problems. The core aspect of my teaching career is cultivating relationships and nurturing talent so that my students can contribute to their communities in a meaningful way.
As a true believer of the future is in the hands of next leader generations. I have a vision to develop a system that provide an effective teaching and learning framework for mathematics education.
